Meeting someone for the first time is so exciting. You get to interact without someone new, make them laugh, learn something new, develop your social skills. Sounds good ai?
Well, no.... not when this is your new supervisor. It's so daunting. Everything you say, everything you do, everything you see. You have to think and choose so carefully. My brain has to run at the speed of light.
The worst part is when you depart. Your consciousness plays with you. You wonder,
- "Did I leave a good impression?",
- "Did I say the right things?"
- "Was I acting like a jerk?"
- etc etc....
But despite that, I always try to think I did the right thing, though the odds are all against me.
ooOOOOoooooOOOooooo...
Just got my Shinobi shoes today. They are pretty "SMEXY". Good recommendation Aymie =DAnd extra plus!! They are made of thick cotton, so my feet won't freeze to absolute frostbite when walking around in them in August ^_^
For the Luffy pants, I've got one in mind. I've been meaning to throw these Jeans out because they're a bit torn on the bottom. Straw Hat pirates!! Please tell me if the colour and texture is right or not.
Here's it from one angle:
And here's it from another angle. (This one's is more wrinkly -____- )
LOL. I sound so geeky o_o
I'm a little blogger,
short and stout,
Here is my keyboard,
here is my mouse,
When I get a comment,
I jump up!!
Replying over,
I sign out.
Gosh.....what a dramatic morning!!!!!!
It all started with me, forcefully waking up in the morning and reminding myself to bring my uniform, which was conveniently hooked onto my bed side. I had to get to work early, the boss was working with me today. As I was rushing out of home to get to the station, I had an umbrella in one hand, an empty stomach in the other.
Arriving at the station, I waited 4 minutes for the train. As the 8 carriage train arrived, my mind just suddenly clicked. I had left uniform on my bedside O_O!!! ..O gosh, i was kicking myself. I quickly rang my brother to retrieve my uniform and wait outside. My mum had left her mobile switched off, so he had the important task to inform my mum of the situation, before she parked the car and such.
Knowing I could not make it down to work in time, I had to be driven to work. Despite troubling everyone, it was quite interesting. We traveled down m4, onto king george's road, and up to the m5, to finally reach domestic airport. Guess how long it took? 35 minutes. Wowsers, that was fast!!!! I learnt a new route to work today.
To add on top of the drama, a few seconds after I arrived at work, a plumbing problem suddenly occurred. I was then responsible for cleaning it up. It stank. Stank bad..... wasn't fun at all. I won't go to the details.
Anyways, I was then let off work early.
I wanted to go play ball with the Uni crew, but I didn't have the right shoes to play. Despite informing of my presence, I had to cancel. The work shoes I had were pretty expensive, and were not suitable for playing sports with.
Meeting up with SPK in the city, we watched transformers. Greater Union George street had a movie sale, which was pretty interesting. It's basically 5 tickets for $50. That's something you don't see everyday =D The movie was great ^^ I'm glad I watched it. I couldn't help think of the modelling, animating and lighting produced throughout the movie, but I guess it's expected for a Digital Media student. Digital Media Students, transform!!!!
My goshness..... HD footage is so hugenessess. For example, 15 seconds of footage is already like 150Mb ... O_O!!!
Can someone buy me some hard drive space :P?
Waking up these days is so hard.........
Gravity keeps you down.
With the warmth of the bed.
The feeling of rubbing around cotton.
Soo......... COMFORTABLE.
But I eventually woke up. Basketall wasn't going to play itself ^_^
As I was heading down to the bball courts, the sunshine of the sky, wrapping me in warm UV rays, felt good. Gave me the energy to kick ass ...... XD
(( And if i may say so, my bball is much improved. So if anyone wants to challenge me again, bring it on *_*!! -- glares at eriz, tom, matty--*_*!! ))
... Afterwards we visited a friends place. I havn't been there for almost a year or more. It was kind of wierd going to someones place, and having their mum recognise me.....haha........oh wells. Looks like I left an impression last time. Just leaves me wondering what it could have been o_O
I cooked my famous 2 minute noodles for lunch. I am the 2 minute noodle master ^_^ It didn't take 2 minutes though, as there were 5 of us, which took 12 minutes. But yeah ^^, my noodles rock!!! You'll love them =D
Somehow after dinner, we ended the night at Eriz's place. LOL!!!! We have become so "otaku". Spending over 2 hours, in gawe, and cracking up at the wierdest cosplays. There was one where some guy just wore a cardboard box saying gundam. ROFL!!! it was so bad, it's own figurine was made: http://img.gkblogger.com/blog/imgdb/000/000/055/509_2.jpg On the other side, the Transformers cosplay was totally surreal. Who would have known so much effort could be put into place. hahaa, you have to check it out yourselves: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3Mrepqk3Ys
enjoy!!
After laughing ourselves silly, we decided to head home. It was late. And I have Cinematography tomorow :D :D :D Can't wait. How excitingness!!!!!!!!!!
