Saddest story I've heard for a while. Almost made me sulk. This is what happened to my friend:
8:30am in the morning, a friend is at his work desk, quietly having breakfast.
Manager: Is it your break time already?
Friend: No.
Manager: Stop eating, get back to work!
Friend: Look, I manage all my efforts just to get to work early in the morning, always on time, can't I spend a few minutes to prepare my energy so I can do my best all day?
Manager: I don't like your attitude. You better change your tongue.
Friend: It's this attitude I get from you every single week. This is what makes me want to work even better.
Manager: That's it. Don't think about coming in next week!!
Friend: Why bother. Why don't I leave now.
Friend packs his belongings, with almost no other employees so early in the morning to even have heard this terrible commotion.
Poor friend. Don't worry. With a wonderful attitude like yours, you'll find another job easily.

geez..someone has an attitude problem.. seriously, some managers are just plain rude and inconsiderate.
I would leave my job too if they didn't let me have my breakfast XD I eat all day at work, *cough* lol.

Just wanted to add something. Those kind of managers are retarded. If they treat people like that, obviously they won't strive for him. I'm lucky. Our manager treats everyone equally. That's why we're willing to work overtime for him if it's needed. We feel like helping him, because we're like brothers. If I were a boss, I'd try to be like that.
