You can never escape the gloriness of fried chips!!! My friend, let me present to you, the friermon:
NEW! FRESH FAST FRIES. Fried in 90 seconds~!!!!!!! At a low low cost of $2.50 (if i remember correctly). This machine was found outside the skate board monster stadium rink in Olympic Park. WOW. And funny how they relate skater boy to chip eaters. lol.
It's an interesting concept, though, I'm not to sure if it'll catch on anytime soon. It promotes the idea of easy-to-go chips, but from a first time buyer perspective, there is skepticism, as it doesn't show any promise into the quality or freshness of the product. I personally like mine made by a person, but I can imagine this concept widely done in say, asian countries. Has anyone tried these chips?
Just in addition, I read this article in the MX that states why there is an enticing aroma to fried chips comes. It comes from the make up of different scents such as butterscotch, onions, hints of cocoa, cheese, flowers, and get this, ironing boards!
Anyways, moving along, I went past ANZ stadium, and had to do this, you know, just to piss the aussies off a little :P
Now sanity! Return!
Some say there's no free Lunch.
For P.Chan, there is a free dinner. This is from the time he had to wait 45 minutes for his food. The people apologised for the wait, and refunded his money. We rarely see him this happy, except when it's banana time.
Ah, and Eriz...... aren't you glad I'm there to document the funny times ^_^ Keep those Extra Chews coming, and I'll keep my finger trigger happy ^__^
Went to the Dan Wan Li Restaurant in Eastwood. Rather nice food!! Beautiful environment!!! (but only if you're in the Medium Room)
Here's the medium room:

AND HERE'S THE DELICIOUS ENTREE & FOOD!!

Ah..... you all hungry???
At the moment I sound like I'm selling the place. Advertising freely for them. Though, if the owners were to come across this page, I sure wouldn't mind taking some advertising money from them :)
But because I'm not a free service anymore, here are the cons :)
- The room only holds a recommended 12 people.
- The staff are a bit rude at times.
- Your teapot won't get filled frequently.
- They switch the lights off around you till you leave.
- Cost $500. (Up to you to decide if it's cheap or not) Thanks Charlie !!!
- And you know those huge flower bouquets Chinese people put in front of the store to tell everyone it's new? Well, that's what they do most Saturdays. LOL. But I guess marketing is marketing. There is no ethical boundry.
That'd be all!

Had hot pot last night. Although I love eating the food that comes out (especially with chilli soy sauce *yum yum*) , I really don't like the wait. It's good chatting and all, passing time while you wait for your food to boil... but seriously? Is it worth the wait? Does the stomach have to wait?
It's not my first time having it, but last night, I was thinking...... when anyone has hot pot, there should be a golden rule, where there has to be at least one pot per 4 persons. Keeps everyone happy :)
