1 Hour at Wolli Creek, and HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY Rachel !!!!!

AAhh........ just got back from Rachel's Bday. Was very fun, and the place was extremely huge!!
Had heaps to eat, and didn't realise how popular Rachel was ^^ Go Rachel, the shy girl always has a secret side to her ^^
Now you are a young adult into the world, you will strive with brilliance and integrity!!!!!!!
HAPPY 21st Birthday Rachel !!!! Your birthday T'was nice and fun =D

But fun is not free, and the world must balance. After work today, I thought I'd head straight down to Hurstville for Rachel's bday. All I had to do was buy a return ticket from Wolli Creek to Hurstville because my travel pass included travel to Wolli. I thought...."hey!! I'll get there really quickly". Oh.. i thought wrong.

When I got off Wolli Creek, I realised I had no cash on hand. I couldn't buy a ticket from Wolli Creek. ....I ...........was................stuck O_O

The ticket station didn't accept cards, the station corner shop (with EFTPOS) was closed for 5 minutes, and I had 2 minutes to buy a ticket before the Hurstville train came. The station attendant advised me to go to the grocery stores behind the building. "It's just behind that building........" "Just behind that building" repeated through my mind. .....Funny thing....., behind the building was a 10 minute walk. This resulted with the stores not even having EFTPOS.
*_*''

When I walked back to the station, I had missed that 2 minute train, and another train which just left the station. (a little thought to myself, why do I go to the trouble of buying a ticket?)
The corner store had just opened (NOT 5 minutes!!!), and I walked in to find the ATM is temporarily out of service. The only way to withdraw money now was to buy over $5.00 .........haha........ I'm thinking, ~_~ that's such a way to earn money. I bet that ATM is ALWAYS "out of service"

Anyways........ once I had the money to buy my ticket, I had to wait 10 minutes for the next train. Sadly......... I spent the next hour, watching the arrival time flick from 10 - 9 - 8 - 9 - 8 - 9 - 8 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1.
So me being me, I went up to talk to random strangers. I offered a few kids some lollies, I helped some random boy look for some stuff that fell on the tracks, I spoke to an old guy about how people were always compacted on the train, and I learnt from some European guy about Ham Radio. He also had a super cool petrol helicopter controller, and he explained how you have to callibrate the controller on the computer before use.

Yup, that was my afternoon/night. Wonder what's in store tomorrow. Better get to sleep, have work 2morrow morning ~_~
